When you turn your parking lights on. It'll turn on the tail-lamps, side markers, and halos, as far as I know.

Since Daytime Running Lamps can not be turned on when regular parking or headlights are turned on, you aren't getting foglamps with the RS-package.

Which I'm good with since the HID light output would pretty much render functional fog lights useless anyhow.

And really, do you actually need the fog lights to work when your headlights look like this (from http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=20605):

RS Lights (Low/High):

Regular headlights (Chevy Avalanche - Low/High):

When (WRS) RS Package is ordered, FOGLAMPS act as Daytime Running Lamps.
so they ARE foglamps, so let them be used as foglamps.

stupid question, but high beams are in the middle of the halos, or are the halos the actual headlamp?

Doesn't everyone know that with HID and fog lamps you can see what you're going to hit a lot easier... Isn't sarcasm fun. DRL w/HIDs no need with that output.

Seriously. That's the only reason they have them. The prototype concept had them and people just drooled, so GM included them in the RS package. But they have no true functional purpose. They just look sweet.

And Front Park Lights thats why the Mystery Yellow Lights() Don't come on Day or Night. Instead of Yellow Park lights starring at your you have Killer look of the Half Halos.

Could it be that allowing the driver to turn on all 4 Lights would make the Camaro illegal for Street Use?, Just a thought.

Okay, the easies way to understand how your newly purchased Camaro works is to…….. wait for it……………here it comes………………. READ THE OWNERS MANUAL!!!

Lots of good info in there. I'm pretty much done reading mine from cover to cover...

Do your anothers Car have HIDs that are as Blinding as the Camaro's by themselves?

My point is that maybe the HIDs alone are borderline legal.

The highbeams look to be an aperture set up like my Acura TL. The aperture opens at highbeam to allow all the light out and closes for the lowbeams to form a cut off.

IDEA for the all on mod...

Can someone take a pic of the underhood fuse box (relays) and maybe the layout?

On the Duramax we do a diode between the highbeams and the the fogs or the highbeams and the lows or all together for all 6 on at once.
