In this heat is where most are seeing so much timing pulled.....and where this system shines!

The chiller would definitely be your choice mod. A heat exchanger can only do so good at cooling the water/air charge entering your motor. It really depends on ambient temps but right now with it being schorchig outside it really is a waste of money. The chiller uses your AC to super cool your air charge temps. Even in the scorching weather you're seeing in Florida your charge temps will be drastically lower than with a heat exchanger. It only. Gets better as ambient temps to down. Also you can use this when it gets cooler outside and you need heat just turn your AC on but select best instead of cold. As long as your compressor is beig used you'll be getting the effects of this awesome system.

In a road course situation can the chiller keep up or is it designed for short bursts? If it can keep up do you have any data?

What's the difference between this kit and just running your intercooler hoses through the heater core with a/c on with dash control temp set at heat?

For 1 reason is so u dont drip a/c condensation on the track when this system is in competition mode

It will keep up far better than a heat exchanger can because that can only get you down to ambient temp at best. The chiller wont be the issue the AC compressor will. To what degree no one knows yet until its tested and logged. The AC compressor kicks off at WOT so a reservoir will be needed to keep cooled fluid flowing in the system during those short periods. I currently have a plan in the works to run a Super Chiller with additional reservoir and factory HX as back-up and will be doing a lot of testing starting early next year on road courses in Texas heat. Gonna collect a lot of data and will be posting what I find.

The heater core and AC system are completely separate systems and the cores are not typically stacked on top of each other. Running the hoses to the heater core is not doing anything any different than the factory heat exchanger is already doing with greater efficiency. You will just be pouring the heat into the cabin and it won't cool the fluid any better than what the HX is already doing. And without a high air flow rate across the core it won't make much difference in lowering the fluid temp. Trying to remove heat through convection between two radiators is far more inefficient than what the existing HX system can already do. The Super Chiller is cooling the actual fluid down to freezing where a HX system is just removing heat through convection down to ambient temp. Unless you can bring the core or radiator down to well below freezing it wont even come close to what a chiller can do.

Oh yeah...what he said. You can't leak any fluids onto the track or they will wave you off. The Super Chiller system allows you to by-pass the evaporator core and dryer system so you're not creating condensation and dumping it on the track.

Excellent answers Roket!

No matter how hot the outside air is (ambient air temps) the chiller should cool you to 20-40* below ambient.

When it is 60's out we see sub freezing temps, and at 109 we see mid-high 70's.

The heater core is stacked with the a/c evap.
When you are in a/c mode with temp turned to heat its no different than regular a/c running in heat mode.
"Heat" doesn't come out in this case because you don't turn on the fan so nothing comes out. Intercooler temps are still a lot cooler than engine coolant, and all you are doing is cooling the heater core with the evap.
As far as I know it works without a hitch, they ony drawback if any, is you no longer have a heater.

It seems to me that this is a great product & solution to a common issue. I imagine installing this will fry your warranty insomuch as it affects the supercharger, combustion, internal dynamics resulting therefrom. So, would you say the $1300 installed cost is justified for people wanting to keep warranty intact?

My other question to the OP is this: how did it feel vs stock? Any numbers to share regarding performance?
