The hammer wagon as it is called is a 10 sec car... not stock by far.

That's Racebums car... I also know of one w/ headers, no cats and it's not loud at all when keeping the dual mode w/ stock mufflers. Was just wondering what this one has from axle back...

Which one has better traction control, or do they have the same?

People of equal height can have longer spines and shorter legs than the other or vice versa so when they are sitting one is taller than the other.

If you check hennesseys site they list everything they do to it, related to sound they added, high flow cats, HPE700 camshaft upgrade, stainless steel mid pipes, and long tube headers. I want my SS to sound like that

Guys, come on!! You really don't think John would get beat do ya? If you do, you don't know John. My 700 package has high flow cats, long tube headers, 3" pipes back to the axle and stock from there back and it sounds that good. It has a really wild Cam in it and the head work is absolutely awesome! Remember a lot of research was done on the Cadillac V long before the ZL1 hit the streets. So he has it figured out to the T!! That's what John is good at. Took a friend of my for a ride and he said he has now riden the next space shuttle. It's an awesome car!! You can't call a car a car until it has the chrome HENNESSEY sticker on the back!!!

She sure as hell is a beast YEP the next Space Shuttle I am ready to fly it the car is so smooth the shift points are amazing on racebums A6 this car does not miss a beat. Talk about a kick in the pants just imagine being sucked into your seat and the cheeks on your face are being pulled back towards the head rest Yea it's that fast. Loud depends on your definition of loud it's a nice mellow loud no rasp to it. The best part about this car is the aggressive sounding exhaust note matches the real power of this car, normally you have a loud exhause and the car is quick but this car is wicked fast when you punch it she gives you more and has a lot more to give.

I fell in love with the HPE 700 IMHO the best $20k in mods you can spend on a ZL1

I still just don't like this guy, seems no matter how much he tries to pad it, he really just doesn't like the Camaro.

You have just experienced sandbagging at its finest.

I have been very interested in this exact upgrade for my ZL1 and have been following it for a long time now... I'm curious to know where the huge mark up comes from though (besides to obvious Hennessey name) as there are equal or greater packages out there from very reputable sources such as Lingenfelter that are hard to look past.

So at the risk of sounding cheap, is the Hennessey HPE700 upgrade really worth the extra $8K just to say you have a "Hennessey"?! I'm so on the fence here
