Been there, done that. Traded my 2011 2SS/RS for my 2012 ZL1. Best decision I ever made!!!

Yes! But its paid off so having a $500 mo. payment would hurt.

Nice Craig! My garage will look like this in a few years but it will be my 12' ZL1 and hopefully a 6th gen Z28

I never considered getting rid of my SS for a ZL1 simply because of the sentimental value I have with the SS. The ZL1 payments are significant too.

Sure wish I could take a picture of my ZL1 and my SS sitting side by side in my garage. Oh well! The only saving thing is that I bought the ZL1 from a dealer which is 400 miles from me, so I don't have to see my SS on the street.
Lol..... I hear ya, I've almost got the 2010 where I want it and the wife said if it came down to selling it to buy the ZL1 she would rather keep the 2010. I passed on the initial order of the ZL1 and the next guy in line backed out so the dealer called me again to come in to order it like I wanted with the option to back out if I wanted so at that time it was a no brainer for me. I didn't expect to buy it but when it came in it was hard to pass up.
Now we each have a Camaro to take to cruise nights and car shows

I did, traded my 2010 for the best sports car I've owned to data the 2012 ZL1. No comparison between the two and I loved my SS!

Not me. She's paid for and still revs my engine every time I turn the key.

Hey FCU678, I just noticed we don't live very far away!! I sure would love to have someone to chat with about these cars (monsters)
Maybe we can hook up some day! I have a yellow SS with the black stripes as well, but I hopefully will be trading it in for a 2013 Victory Red ZL1 one day this week

I don't think so. I did originally but as time passes i'm not all that excited about the ZL-1 anymore. I rather just wait until maybe the '14 model to see what changes will happen and make my determination then.
