But they are not metallic charcoal. It's like a flat grey blue. And it seems to scrape off easily (thin coat). I have seen scratches on them.

My calipers were black on my 'ol 99 SS ( the car was light pewter metallic)

I know, I know, do what makes ME happy but I don't know if it would look good.
