The stripe is a dealer installed option like some of the other options. My car did not come with the stripe package. I ordered the part and had the dealer install it. They have to paint the shark fin AGM to match the stripe. Ended up costing me a lot more than if I'd ordered the option as a factory option for which they charge $470. So if you want the stripe and your car didn't come with that option, you can still get it but probably cheaper if you order it that way. Btw, I love how it looks. Very distinctive. Only the ZL1 gets this stripe..

dude, i originally wanted the agm but im telling you, do not think twice about this decision. GO FOR THE ECF!!! i have it on my black zl1 witht the grey stripe package and it looks sinister!!!

my dealer told me earlier today that the ECF hood insert is a constraint, but it's an option that i really want. so i'm in for a long wait, as expected.
