you must be the best dad ever. lol. i had to buy my car myself...paying it off as we speak. but that's a great gift. and honestly, the LNF is a great engine. very powerful and torquey. never have driven or been driven in a redline or sky yet. probably feels the same but without 2nd gear wheelspin

not many people have ever run 30+ psi on this car though. he must've been fully built, and be someone's sponsor. big turbos are hard to come by for cobalts, especially cause he made it seem like maybe it was the ZFR, there really aren't many of those out.

generally, if a cobalt is tuned it will run anywhere between 19-24 psi. that's about the average. a stock cobalt will be destroyed by a stock camaro ss though. especially if it's the supercharged cobalt. mod and tune and that's where it gets interesting

He was fully built he said, the turbo was pretty massive. He mentioned he had a boost controller so maybe he was at a lower psi when he ran me but he did say he runs up to 32-34 psi. idk much about the cobalts but this one was pretty fast no doubt. IDK the exact size of the turbo but at the time he said he was 1 of 4 guys in the states testing it out and this was maybe 2 years ago when it happenend.

let me enlighten you to some cobalt parts. lol i have a catless downpipe, and TurboXS is company that makes cobalt parts, they have an exhaust called the RFL.. it stands for Really F***ing Loud. that is what i have. it lives up to its name. when i go under bridges and build some boost...cover your ears lol. that's half the reason i drive fast sometimes. to hear that exhaust

i wish i had the money to be fully built :( are camaro ss internals good for like 800hp?

They will never bring back e Solstice or Sky. Most who wanted one already have one. Too bad. With a few design changes...ergonomics.....and some quality control, it would be great to have them back. Might even unload my Camaro for a new one. The coupe would be my choice.

An up to date model would be really cool. And yes the Solstice Coupe is way cool, reminds me of a James Bond type of car.
