Haha I love these threads and reading all these stories.
Im in my mid 20's and just got my SS but i had a ton of mods on my V6 and at a gas station a middle aged guy came up to me and goes "Thats a kick ass car, but just wait till you have kids, you will be driving one of these as he points to his mini van saying enjoy it as long as you can. Ill never give it up haha even when the kids come |

Mostly, I notice people taking pics of my car when I'm at a red light.
I did have one cop pull up and say "Nice Plate!". Either he was a Transformers fan, or he just ran my plate.. not sure.

Just last week I had a older guy in a yellow c6 pull up next to me at the red light as I was turning left. He kept staring over and I ignored him at first but he kept looking. I finally looked over and he rolled down his window, so I put my window down and he yelled nicee ride. I was like, man, this guys car is worth about 50k more than mine and here he is admiring my car. Felt pretty damn good that day ha.
