Have you ever thought of paying someone to widen your wheels to maybe a 415?

Micky Thompson 305/35/20 on stock rims. With these tires I was able to cut a 1.6 60' on a 49 degree track back in December doing easy shake down passes leaving on the foot brake (not trying for times). They are quite sticky whether cold or hot.

Straight NT05 315/35/20s since the sidewalls are stiffer for the street.

...... and the Pirellis that Jamie's running on the street will grip better for the winter crud and rain, but at his power level and the maggie low end torq - there's no way it doesn't spin easily when he blips the throttle.

However, when the NT05 tread gets to the last 25% they act more like slicks in the rain! Scary feeling for sure.

I went 11.22@128 on the stock tires with 600rwhp/600lbs ....

Now I have the Nitto NT05's on Forgeline 20's. I haven't had them to the track yet, but I'd be they get some passes on them before too long.
