Never ever - to me I truely enjoy pulling it in the driveway turning on some classic rock on and 2-3 hours later standing back and looking at the fine automobile that I own. If I can't do it the proper way I don't do it at all. (Just my opinion)

I actually use machine wash only because i bought my camaro preowned and had so many swirls marks and scratches. Once i get my car repainted in a few places and properly detailed, it will be nothing but hand washes!

Dealership hand washes since they scratched my ZL1 rims, they repaired by the way. I have a power washer at home and use to hand wash if I don't have time to go to the dealership.

I use the pressure washer at a car wash. Use my own towels.

One of life's simple pleasures is to wash your car to make it *perfect*. I haven't had a car in a commercial car wash in 20 years.

Never ran mine through yet, I may do it one day if I am in a hurry to get it clean. Dont know why anyone would be scared, it wont hurt anything unless its just a bad washer with cheap equipment. Most today use soft touch material that wont damage anything.

I hand wash mine. Be sure to check out the cosmetic maintenance forum for great detailing tips.

I normally wash mine in my driveway with my pressure washer but since it needs a new pump I have been using the car wash. I bring my own soft handmit brush and never use the hard bristle brush at the car wash. I dry with a Dry Blade and then follow up with microfiber, then take her home for wax and detail. Never use the auto wash.
