The Challenger interior is no doubt bigger and more expansive. I liked it quite a bit.

Too bad the car drove big, too, or I would have bought it.

4) the challenger had a meaner, louder exhaust note to it. My neighbor used to hear me pull in the garage nightly, now he doesnt even hear me.
5) both the challenger and the camaro had the upgraded boston acoustics sound system and the challengers sounded way better.
6) the piece of plastic that goes from the drivers side window down to the dash board on the interior was popped out when i picked the car up, they popped it back in but it popped out again today when I was driving down the freeway and hit a tiny lil bump
1) Yep, it is.
2) True, but you usually see this phrased as "the challenger handles like a big fat boat." It's not necessarily a good thing.
3) I like sitting low if I'm driving something that's fast!
4) Don't know why you'd need to bug your neighbor, but you can always change the exhaust if you really want.
5) The word around here is that the Camaro's BA system needs its bass & treble adjusted from the default before it sounds very good. Play around with it a little more.
6) That's a flaw in some of the earlier builds. There's a fix for it, but your dealer will need to get a replacement part from GM.

You sacrifice all of that for performance, and you will have performance when it's broken in.

Something doesn't smell right here.

Even Garth from "Wayne's World", would not have that much money to dump downthe drain.

Which brings us to the famous (or is that infamous) -

I just ordered that part for my car. Took my car to dealership, they fixed it, then it popped out less than a mile down the road. At least I got a full tank of gas out of that visit...

Here is the challenger SE.
Bought it for $20k, traded it in for $18500. Bought the 24s for $1500 off of craigslist, sold the 24s for $1500 on craigslist.

Here is the Challenger RT.
Bought it for $30,500, traded it in for $28500.
So between all 3 of these cars I probably lost $3k-$4k.
Not too bad actually, cuz they all are unique cars and I didnt have them very long.
Now if I were buying and selling cobalts or something, I would have lost my ass...

That sounds just like my Lexus 330 SUV vs Camaro comparison.

Lexus SUV has a softer ride, softer seats, bigger interior, sit up higher, etc.

I really think this guy needs to buy an SUV because those are the qualities he's looking for.

Wow. I do a real world comparison between two muscle cars and if I say one negative thing about the camaro, I get ripped. Thats ok, everyone has a right to there own opinion. I don't think comparing a Challenger and a Camaro is comparing two totally different cars. Hell, Motor trend just did a full review of the mustang vs the challenger vs the camaro.

Well at least you know that when you put 24's on the Camaro:( the Brembo's will work better than the stock Challenger brakes.
