Maybe not but I still wouldn't drive it

I thought that was called "trailer park"?

I didn't think they rolled around in numbers anymore.
it's not that complicated. it's pretty much a car with a cosmetic mods and a fart can to make it look and sound like it's faster than it is. if it's fast though, it isn't a ricer regardless of how gaudy it looks. if it can walk the walk then it's fine.

Thank you. I've seen enough domestics that would fit the category of a ricer.

So would you consider your Camaro designed in Australia by Australians who happen to be Asian by descent and built by Canadians who also happen to be of the same melting pot as us Americans and Australians a "ricer"?

Anyway, looks like nothing changes in NY.

No matter how many Turbos you add and no matter how fast a light weight ricer can go, they still look quite silly and uncool to me. And have an extremely annoying buzzing sound

it isn't "gaudy" that makes it rice. I've seen a few camaro's and other muscle cars that I would consider "gaudy" but wouldn't think of as rice

my town is riddled with ricers. A ricer is generally a young driver without much money and what he lacks in perfomance he generally makes up for with a reckless driving style. Ricers can usually get themselves off the line pretty quick, evos, lancers, wrx, and of course the seldom seen skyline. I have found a nice decel pop will scare them off.

I just love it when they come up on my right side to pass a line of traffic at a city signal. I am first in line and they look and see my ride. Just shake their heads. I stay right even with them. They must wait for the whole line of traffic at the first parked car. Love it love it!!

not the ones in neighborhood ... they drive on shoulders and sidewalks. I once saw a kid trying to catch me by weaving in and out of traffic, he catches up to me at a light, i look over at him and he has (i guess his wife) a women in the passenger seat and a baby in the back seat. I rolled my window down and declared him the winner, I was obviously no match for him. sad but true
