I've been patiently waiting to really push the car...didn't want to chance leaning out the engine...but the power difference was already noticeable with the SLP tune without the new add ons (the car was already giving me CELs for lean engine and cat efficiency errors)...

The shop said they were having trouble getting the PCM to program, but were working thru it. Looks like sometime tomorrow....

You have bigger injectors, smaller pulley which will make it higher.

Dyno pull of the all new design SLP Supercharger. 503 HP/495 TQ at 8 psi. Included Long Tube Headers, Modified CAI, MSD Voltage Booster, ZR1 Spark Plugs, JRE Tuned.
What's with all the smoke out the back or is that normal?

And that car is a lot quieter than mine...

OK...kinda bummed.

495 HP/ 507 TQ .... 8.2 psi boost.

Seems low given the mods and the boost level.

The shop is telling me its the tranny...I don't get it.

I thought for sure I'd be higher than at least 500....

Still cant squawk at those number, but yea thought they would be a bit higher, but with the L99 it really lowers your expectations.

What kind of Dyno were they using?

Those numbers aren't bad. I have a whipple, headers, Atak catback, no cats, cai and my car is an automatic. I made 523 rwhp and 509 tq.

Dynojet...they said the humidity was high yesterday...but the SAE corrected numbers they gave me were even lower I always thought the SAE corrected numbers were usually higher?

Car just threw a CEL....I'll check the code in the morning.

P0174 - Lean condition.....WTF

I just had $1200 worth of work to prevent this....do I need to take the car back to the tuner?

could be something as simple as they didn't tune out the rear o2 sensors. nothing good about a lean code though. just dont take it up high in the rpm's until your tuner corrects it

Yes...something is definately up with the tune. Lean code is not good. So essentially you need some tune work again and numbers should be better when properly tuned

Code is being generated by a faulty O2 sensor on the passenger side...

Replace that next week....

Thinking of having Jannetty mail order tune my car...
