I have found rottentomatoes.com to be pretty accurate about movies and its starting to spoil.

Sometimes I just want to watch explosions and slo-mo badassery for a couple hours. Critics never seemed to consider that a valid choice. I don't want to reflect on the human frigging condition, I want to watch giant robots fight and Megan Fox straddle motorcycles.

I don't think there are many, but there is one in Valparaiso, IN. 49er drive-in. Only one screen. Last one that I know of in the area.

Thank you! I read a review in a Marines Corps news paper on the 1st movie and it was pretty horrible. Said he wasn't sure why the transformers were there in the first place (he must have somehow missed the giant cube of the allspark??) And complained that the explosions and fighting got boring (are you SURE you're a Marine??)

Thats pretty cool. They should bring those back, used to have a couple in Des Moines a loooong time ago.

I thought the movie was excellent and i did think it was better than the first one. Caught an 11am eastern time show here earlier today.

Yeah it is going to be pretty cool hanging out to see transformer and showing off the Camaro at the same time. People can't get enough of it. Always breaking there necks on double takes. Can't wait to see the movie. Couldn't wait to see it part 2 since walking out of the theater after the first movie saying, "I am going to get that car for sure", and now I have it.

Another vote for 2 being better than 1. Also, it was much better seeing Fox's tail than it was Turturo's (?sp?), lol! I liked the military element in it too, because it just seemed like there was more involvement. Like I mentioned in another thread - I agreed that I'm glad Optimus was not the same as he was in the first movie. I won't say exactly what I mean, so as not to spoil anything, but I like this Optimus a lot more.

So far, I just don't quite understand a lot of the criticisms I've read from critics. I guess it's a good thing their opinions don't mean a thing to my movie tastes. It probably doesn't help I'm a fanboy anyways, LOL.

I also saw the midnight showing this morning, and it was totally worth me feeling like a zombie right now. When I get home, it's only going to take a couple beers before I'm out like a trout

ya the movie was absolutely incredilble. cant wait till it comes out on blu ray so i can watch it on my ps3. and the special features are gunna be killer. but i will see it multiple times when its in theaters. lol
