The engineering team tells us that there will be no need to pin down the hood of a street car. You will however be able to drill the hood to pin it, for competition use if necessary.

The air taken in by the scoop is diverted to the top of the stock air box location. Thus, any CAI system set up in that location will benifit from a charge of fresh cold air. If the CAI box is sealed to the hood, you will experience a true Ram Air effect.
