I wish. But those things are incredibly expensive.

Yes they are lol. I just bought a 2014 Sierra. 38,500. If I didnt NEED a truck, I'd have gone with some POS car for gas and dump on a Z/28 if thyed stick around $60k with it while trading my camaro in. Looks like I'll just keep mine and when price goes down some, I'll buy a 1SS and strip the shit out of it. I'll show GM how to lighten the load on a car. lol

Tweiten- You are getting a fairly good price for your car. But that may be due to some of your upgrades. So I wouldn't just blindly think that you can take off whatever you want unless your asking the buyer.
Also, if this is going thru a dealer, and you are buying a used Silverado from them with the Camaro being part of the deal, then they may have "Increased" the Camaro offer to make you feel good, and not give you as good a deal on the Silverado. Another words, look at both deals; not just the Camaro price. Dealers play these kinds of games to make a sale. I actually traded in my 1995 Z71 Ext Cab Silverado with 180,000 miles on it when I got my Camaro. I made it a point to drive to work (In Truck) in the snow because it was so much fun. Unfortunately, the whole underside was weather-damaged and needed some serious $$'s to fix. Luckily I dumped it off and got a real good price at the right time. Good luck with those winter weathers up in ND- my Mom is from Hazelton. Spent many summers on the farm having fun; but know of the brutal winter weather there.

Well... I would've debated on a ZL-1 IF the trade in wouldve been good. But I would've probably still turned away at 26-28k. So yes my plan all along was to turn away regardless.
