Ok. Sorry to hear that. Is there a better date for you around that date you would like to consider as an alternative? So far everyone has said they're a little flexible.

Thanks

Oct 6 is a must as I will be out of town before and after. If you can lock Oct 6 sign both Mrs Synergy Satx and I up.

Okay. The sixth it is. Please add yourself to the list of dedicated yes people. We need 8 people to put 50% down before the date can be locked in. I talked to Beth and so far there's no worries about getting that day.

I'm ready to put mine down now. Is anyone else ready to do that now.

Alright! I plunked down $180. as a deposit for my time on Sunday OCT 6th 2013 and that has tenitively locked dow the day.

DWA is asking for us all to have put down our deposit by the end of this month in order to keep this day exclusive to us and to keep the discount.

PLEASE LET ME OR BETH KNOW ASAP IF YOU CAN'T GET YOUR DEPOSIT IN BY THEN!

Worst case if we don't hit the magic 8 drivers we loose the discount and the track will be open to whomever shows up. That means the cost goes up from $350 to $395.

Please let me know as soon as you put down your money and I'll make sure you're added to the list of drivers and mark you as paid.

Thanks,

Karl

Please add your name to the list. Mark yourself paid once you've talked to Beth and paid your deposit. Thanks

OK, have a friend with a Mustang convertible. Are you open to others joining the group?

I poked around the website and didn't see anything spelling it out so I sent Beth an email. I know they have helmets for rent for about $10 I think. I'll let you know as soon as she gets back with me.

I've not heard back on the helmet Question. I would think if it's good enough for riding a motorcycle it would be good enough for the track.
