Ended up buying the car out of state. Any service work, we've been taking ours to Suburban in Stuart. Been happy with the work we've needed.
My 2lt was bought at Schumacher. I bought this ss at roger dean. Roger dean I had some problems with so I brought it over to Schumacher. From bad to worse.
I don't know who else to call, I will wait for this rep to get back with me. If not, I'll wait some more. My wife says she's calling the news. Lol she mad now. Ha

It also looks like they put the standard rs wheel, and not the aluminium or polished aluminium.

Call Chevy customer assistance at 1-800-222-1020 and get a case number started if you already don't have one.

Lol. Now I'm told they will not repair my car. I am not allowed on the property, due do I did a burn out in their parking lot. After I picked up my car. And I filled their service lot with deadly smoke therefore endangering their customers lives.
Yes I did do a burnout, it was my first and a damn good one I might add. but are you kidding me.

The dealer damaging the car has nothing to do with GM build quality or processes and procedures. It's jerks at the dealership getting away with murder so long that they don't care. I just want to toss that out there.

The convertible-top thing...bear in mind that the top is actually an upholstery item. I doubt many GM techs are proficient with convertible tops. I suspect that dealerships know this, and try to keep all top problems at arm's length. I've replaced convertible tops myself, and it is a black art.

No they don't but thy sure suck not calling back a customer for more than a month. And now I left my car in the rain for the first time yesterday, and I had 1 1/2 inches of water on the floor. Yes GM car sucks, and GM service sucks. I want to trade this headache in so freaking bad. I hate this car with a passion.

I'd be so pissed. Dude... You're not that far from roger dean Chevrolet on okechobee.

That's where I got my 2SS/RS and their service department has been fabulous. I ONLY take it there.

They all know me and my car. Go to them!

I drive 30 min to take my car there and I have a Chevy dealer literally a block from my house.

I had a thread on here about excessive rust under my car and it came from Schumacher.Though it was replaced with another car Schumacher had nothing to do with it but find me another car it was GM Customer Service telling them to do so.

I would not recommend Schumacher to my worst enemy for sales or service.I was told the usual B.S. about when you get your survey just let me know what you need for me to do to give them a satisfactory response.

When the question came up about would you recommend this dealership to family/friend.The answer was a solid hell to the no.Sorry to hear of your problems and hope it works out but dealerships like this should not be open.

Did you let the dealer know about the damaged iPad? They should have a way to reimburse you through GM for damage to something in the vehicle due to a defect.
