Update!
Well it's been a while since I've updated this thread so I thought I would share the latest and greatest! After waiting & waiting on CAI to get my order shipped out I decided to cancel my order with them and bought the ADM CAI w/ race scoop & washer relocation kit! I can say enough about how awesome and well made this kit is HATS OFF to Anday at ADM! After the install it was time for my first oil change at 1,000 miles since the build. We also re-installed the cats since I'm moving back to Tx and going to have to get emissions tested! So after a re-tune and some dyno work I am very happy with 651 WHP 624 WTQ @ 9.8 lbs of boost! Here's the link to the video!

Thank y'all very much! I'm installing some Nitto Invo tires on the rear tomorow to test out! Also decided to debage the car entirely some more pics will be coming soon!

Well, I finally got moved back to Tx! So glad to be back in the great state of Texas! I decided to take the ZL1 into SNL Performance in Haslet for a retune & checkup since coming cloaser to sea level! After some inspecting it was found that I had fouled a few of the TR7IX plugs and they recommended going back in with a BR7EF Copper plug. We changed plugs and removed the cats then went to tuning! We came up with 623 WHP & 632 FT/LB TQ w/ only 12° of timing advance! We found out that it was pulling timing due to heat! Time to start thinking about Upgrading the cooling system and Meth sometime soon! I also decided to go ahead and get my wheels Powder Coated Gloss black since GM did such a ***** job from the get go! Here are a few pics of the dyno graph & wheels!

PWRHSEZL1,
Hi there, I have been following your build and love the car! I see you are talking about heat issues now. Do you have any interest in a new KHDI cooler? I have one for sale that I'm not going to install on my vert because of brace issues on the front and I'm not going to remove the brace for the install. Let me know what you think. I have my car tore apart waiting on my hydro-dipped parts to get back to get everything put back together, of course we got more snow last night, when will it ever get nice out again to get the car out? Take care. Bill
