Green however doesn't mean go. My son just got his permit and I've been taking him out. (NOT in my car of course) But I've told him green means look both ways and then go. I'm not preaching because we ALL tend to do it. You probably want ot punch me right now.
 You just got unlucky this time. Please tell me you had GAP insurance. Or does his cover the entire amount of a new car? Quote:

Sorry to say but the car does not appear to be totalled. Ask for dimished value as they will not offer it and the car will be worth less than it was before .It will show up on carfax. A good body shop can fix it so you will not be able to tell it.

But depending on the state you can also sue for diminshed value.

So.... get a copy of the report... get the other driver's info.... and fwd it to someone you know who has certain skills and lacks remorse..... and if I need assistance in the matter, my brother-in-law would probably like to help out too...
  To think it was just a few days ago when we went and picked it up... posed both of ours for the pics on the 4th... and I call today to see if you wanted to meet up to play pool... and you tell me to look at this...... now I don't even wanna play

OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...sooooooooooooooo sorry for you!!!...makes me want to cry, just looking at your poor new "baby" on that flatbed all smashed up...:( :( So glad you are alive and basically ok and that the Camaro probably saved your life...if you had been in another car, maybe you would have a lot more injuries, or worse...Keep the faith, and I hope the repairs or the car getting totalled works out to your best advantage...  We, on this forum are like "family", I think... and when one of our fellow enthusiast's cars gets hurt, we hurt for each other and feel each other's "pain"...am I right, guys???...  Just read all the posts and know that we wish you the best and I'm so glad you are ok...............hope your car will be too................

Glad to see you made it out of this with no damage to your body, it says a lot about how these cars protect their occupants in an accident.
Seeing all these new cars in accidents makes me wonder how long until we see a fifth gen crime on another fifth gen?
