My 1LE Came In Today

Its RRM. I really wanted a red but the Red Hot was just to bright to me. And also, where do I go to look for the paint protection and what does it do exactly?

If you do a Google search, you'll find different kinds that will either be clear or give a satin finish (though this would be more likely used for custom finishes) The most popular type is by 3M. I believe it's about 8 mm thick. There's another by Expel and theirs is 10 mm thick I believe. You'll have to search around your area for installers.

GM order suspension on 1LE's is from Nov 21st through Feb 11th, not Feb 1st. And I got screwed on the front side of that equation. Showed up check-in-hand on February 16th to order my car and my dealership was unable to do it. System would not let them order. They ended up calling their GM regional rep to help out, but nothing he could do either. So I'd be surprised if it actually does allow you to order on the 11th. I would guess they've got some sort of time buffer built in there so more likely the 18th give or take.
