Unfortunately that intake will only fit the 2010 and 2011 model year cars. 2012 and newer has a different MAF sensor than the 10-11

I have driven my camaro in the rain plenty of times with no issues, with that being said, you do want to avoid high standing water, that will ruin youre day.
