For those of you driving with us on Friday's leg of the trip, after we hit a National Park and a Medieval castle, we will arrive at our hotel plenty early enough to enjoy what the local area has to offer.

Just a short walk from the hotel (less than a mile), is their great downtown and Bearskin Neck. Here is a little video, to give you all a sneak peak of what you can look forward to.

We've just thrown together some rough plans for an optional drive, on the Monday following NERR 2014

You know where to find them

For those of you coming up for kickoff on Friday morning..... If you're interested, I have a few different 5th Gen posters you can have. There might be 1 or 2 ZL1, 1 or 2 Z/28 and a big 24x36 Meguiar's poster too of a blue Camaro. first come, first served

Congrats to all of you that joined in on the northeast Rod Run's annual trip this past weekend.

As always, it was a completely awesome time and I think we totally made up for last year's trip.

Our reach for attendees has now expanded almost all the way to the Mississippi river. Also with our car count this year, as far as multi-day tours go, we have grown bigger than the "Street Rodder Magazine Road Tour", Car Craft's "Anti-Tour" and I believe we've topped Year One's "Drivin' it Home" cruise numbers also.

This is pretty impressive for a grass-roots type of event, especially with the diversity of cars that we get. The cruise attracted cars from the 40's and 50's, all the way up to brand new cars.

Still haven't even gone through the pics yet, but I'm sure I'll have plenty of good ones to post up

Here is this year's flyer. Feel free to share it with all your friends with American cars.

As you all know, the more diverse group of cars that we get, the happier we are. We finally got our first AMC last year, so we are now looking for some of the other manufacturers to join us, that we haven't had yet.

Anywhere from the mid-twenties, to 40+

the car count varies from day to day.

We have people coming from the east in the Boston area, from the north in Ontario, from the west in Michigan and the south from Louisiana..... along with people from everywhere in-between

Cool cars, awesome roads, interesting stops and the best people.

8 years running and never had one bad person join the run. That alone speaks volumes of the type of people this cruise attracts.
