I have a drop and I go over much worse things. You'll be fine, just approach it at an angle.

If I remember correctly some of the vette guys would buy these rollers to go under the front of their cars especially the lowered vettes. They mounted to the underside and would absorb the impact of entering and leaving inclined places. Something a vendor may want to look at....chaching$$$$$$

As long as your car is stock then you can go through it. Go slow and at a 45. I have been through steeper dips than that with only 1 car width to turn in. I was flying through a parking lot going 30, like everyone else, when I hit a dip like that for a storm drain. No scraping. I've scraped up the flat bottom side of the bumper while parking at an angle, well actually it wasn't my fault, and you cant even see it.
-Be careful on that curb though. A Ram dually was blocking most of the aisle in the Kroger parking lot, so I mistakenly climbed the curb with my rear tire!! Luckily those unsightly tires that those steelies come on saved me from scraping up my "beauty ring".

Honestly, if your that worried you can forget about all that unnecessary engine tuning and spend some money on lifting it and putting some fly wheels on your whip and not worry about clearance!!!

I can put up with people doing that to a Ford POS, I don't get it, but I can put up with it. But anyone does it to a Camaro gets their Camaro card revoked.

This whole thing reminds me of a guy who bought a used ZL1 and was complaining about people not taking care of cars. In other words, the original owner had scraped the splitter and this guy was pissed he had bought the car like that. First, if it's your car do what you want.

But, the point it, it may be even more difficult to park and go through dips with a ZL1, but the splitter is a bolt on $80 part. Which is pretty awesome because if the scrapes ever bother me that much, easy fix.

As long as you don't have the Magnaflow Catback off road exhaust like I do you will be fine. Damn thing is less than 3 inches off the ground in the dead center of the car.

OP - since this is for a situation where there will be repeated driveway entry & exit occurrences covering only a short duration, it might be worth investing in a couple of short lengths of something like 1" board to keep the wheels from ever hitting the low point.

It helps when going up off camber steep angles when a wheel comes off the ground without having to spin the tires.

Interesting, hadn't considered having to negotiate a bump quite that bad. Thanks.

Lowered car with HD sways. I come close to high centering the vehicle at my local gas station because of the poor ingress/egress. Plus the convertible has additional bracing that get in the way.
