The camaro can wear 22's because the stock diameter tires are almost 29". On a corvette that uses smaller 26" tires, it would look odd or ride badly. Just make sure your front and rear tires are the same diameter or you'll have ABS lights on.

false! Size isn't the issue, weight is! There are 22's that are light weight and weigh less than the stock SS 20's . So size doesn't matter, weight does!

Like he said.... its your car, do want you want! No need for others approval for your car!

I run 22's and they look awesome in my opinion... posted a few pics on here before and haven't had any comments, good or bad! My car and I think they're sweet!

You want 22's, get 22's.... they fit great!

Here's a quick pic of mine to give you an idea of 22's fitting right and not looking "ghetto"

It's amusing how some people on here think 22s slow down the Camaro.
My 22s with low pro Continentals weigh less than the stock polished 20s on Pirellis did.
They also have the same overall diameter as the stock 20" tires, so exactly how am I going slower? If anything I am going faster.
Only cheap nonsense wheels can slow you down because they tend to be heavy.
If you do not like the way they look, then that's fine, but coming up with false statements to justify your dislike is just plain funny.

Go far it! I love mine! People forget they make things called lug nuts that you can take off and put smaller wheels on when you want to race! Ha

Looking at these posts...I like the way the 22s look on the C5. Looks like a good fit to me.
