Ordered 2nd week of Feb, and still sitting at 1100! Thanks Ron Davidson Chevrolet in Ebensburg PA. Way to suck ass! I'm a die hard Chevy/GM/Camaro fan, and this is my first ever new car purchase. What a crap experience that has left an awful taste in my mouth for a long time to come. Its not GM's fault that they have lying idiot dealers, but it is their faiult that they have this dumbass allocation program!!! Should be first come first serve.

9 weeks and counting, but my dealer was honest with me up front and said it would be in November before I would get it. My order should be picked up next go around in Sept. I could have shopped around in other counties and may have gotten it a bit sooner, but I believe in helping my local economy....

Sounds like my dealer. I specifically asked prior to placing my order, if they had allocation, and they told me they did, and I could expect my car within 10 weeks. I placed my order, and spent 2-3 weeks just trying to get them to give me my order number. I finally got the number and tracked it, and I'm still at 1100. I called and asked why, and they told me it was because they did NOT have allocation. Complete 180 from what I was told before I ordered. They still told me I would have my car in 10 weeks from when I ordered it though. There is no way that is going to happen. These dishonest dealers really give GM a bad name.

I was lied to by my dealer too --- told they had allocations - sat at 1100 from Jan '09 until I flipped my switch ... suddenly it went to 2000 on 18Jun09 ... trying to get information from them is a JOKE ... I have my VIN and traced the car ... it has been sitting at the depot for 48 hrs now - & they still don't have a clue as to when I can get the car. What a bunch of idiots.

Been at 1100 since 6/29/09. I don't think they have the allocation they said they did. 10 weeks my ass. Now they keep saying it's at 1102 but Viz says 1100. What Gives?

It took 11 weeks but im leaving the 1100 club! Viz gave me the good news today im at 2000!

I've got you all beat! I started at 1100 in October. Finally starting to move but no TPW yet. I hope to have the car before my one year anniversary date!!

12 weeks but, was told up front it could November delivery. Mine is the only dealer in my area that would honor GMS. Really have no choice. We got an offroad vehicle to pass the time since I sold the boat to buy the Camaro. Waiting is a fact of life. Gotta deal with it.

Still waiting....October guys knew build wouldn't start till march....I just think this late in the game and with production at full capacity something should have happened by now.

My order has been accepted. Hopefully TPW will be the last week of this month or first week of September. I could have went to another dealer if I wanted to pay more than list price. I can wait a few more weeks if it means saving $2500!
