Nice Job!
I'm curious as to why the bumper had to come off. When I was pricing my stripes, I was looking at bringing the stripes down past the hood which required the removal of the bumper and increased the cost to the point that I may change my mind and stay on the hood. Did you price it both ways? Or was that even a deciding factor?

Just for those interested, I contacted calchrome.com about the costs for plating the 20" wheels and here is the response I got back from them.

I want to give you pricing on some of our custom finishes so you can pass
the information on to others.

The cost to Chrome plate your 20" one piece alloy wheels are $145.00 each.
Completion time is 8 to 10 business days upon receipt.

The cost Black Chrome your 20" one piece alloy wheels are $195.00 each.
Completion time is 8 to 10 business days upon receipt.

The cost to show chrome the back barrels are $100.00 per wheel additional.
(Not recommended for the daily driver.)

The cost to Fusion coat or Powder coat your 20" one piece alloy wheels are
$145.00 each. Completion time is 8 to 10 business days upon receipt.

The cost to custom paint your 20" one piece wheel alloy wheels is $125.00
each for one color, $150.00 each for two colors, $175.00 each for three
colors, etc. Completion time is 8 to 10 business days upon receipt.

We can rechrome your previously chrome plated wheels. Add $35.00 per wheel
chrome strip charge. Completion time to chrome strip is 3 to 10 business
days.

We can mount and balance your wheels and tires for $25.00 each. (Includes
air pressure sensor installation or chrome sleeve valve stems, tire
mounting, road force balancing and nitrogen filled.)

Freight varies by location. The cost to freight four 20" individually boxed
wheels is approximately $225.00 each direction and four wheels with four
tires is $300.00 each direction to the East Coast. We may be able to reduce
freight costs by shipping LTL truck.

Let us know if you are interested in these options or if you have any
questions.

Regards,

Blaine Radley

I guess Since I can't afford the $7K needed for the two-tone paint I wanted, I'm calling my local dealer to see about painting stripes to match these... thanks for the detailed picks.
