Im thinking about doing high flow as well, but i read something about the smell, this could be a deal breaker. What kind of smell are we talking about?

Well I need only hear mine, I know what you mean !!!
No cats and headers on mine, sounds awesome, but perhaps too loud at partial throttle, with fuse pull. Love it at idle, since flaps are open regardless, ditto WOT.

Just partial throttle acceleration in da hood at night only concern with fuse pull.

Just wondering what your bud has elected to do re fuse.

Tsp 2" headers, no cats, m2w switch. Completely liveable with system on. Loud and proud with it off!

NO they do not, as soon as you tune the ECM the warranty is gone for anything that talks to the ECM.

May want to consider what I have. Hedman shortys, Solo HF Cats, CAI and QTP remote controlled cutouts that can be opened incrementally. I also have a Dashlogic unit so I can run the NPP stock, always open or always closed. With cutouts closed and NPP closed (very nice and good for the neighborhood and LE); with NPP open (yea buddy pure muscle sound almost sounds cammed); with NPP open and cutouts open ...pure badass and at WOT I've had people say it scary Oh yea none of this voids the warranty.
Can you talk a bit more about your setup? You can PM me if it's easier.

Ok I saw a thread on the fuse pull but briefly read it you all are saying fuse pull does this still pertain to 2014's L99 and it's pull for a few hrs then reinstall I am assuming the pcm will remap itself or go to a default setting.

Dude, I think that you are mixing up the "fuse pull" (two fuses in panel in engine bay) to reset the timing octane requirements. Lots of threads on that.

This thread is about pulling the 10 amp red fuse found in the fuse box, right side wall inside your trunk. This fuse controls the power actuation to the NPP muffler flaps. NPP was an option, so check to see if you have it first.

I used to do the same, but now that I've had the HF cats for a little while its probably 50/50 for me.
