Get one of those Drop cams and put it in your car, forget waiting on your condo management to install cameras. Sorry to hear of this.

I'm so sorry, man. I feel your pain. I lived in an apartment complex when I had my first Camaro, and it got dented once and scratched twice in that damn parking lot, all in about 3 months time. I got out of there and we're renting a house with a garage. Best thing I've ever done... Next to buying a daily driver, I guess. I hate it for you.
