man! I think that push to start should of been installed in the first place. The 05 vettes started it. Then we should of had it.

I don't plan on having my keys replaced. They can't force you to do it. I might give them my old fob which the unlock doesn't work so hot on for a new key, but I won't let them have the car to do it. They're more than welcome to have my busted fob and give me a new one and i'll keep the one I bought 6 months ago for 65 bucks which is brand new.

Call the dealership twice a day, every day and ask the manager what the status is until you get your car.

I bet you'll get it before the third day.

Got my oil changed today at the dealer, they offered me the keyfob "fix" and I declined. Just had to sign that I waived my right to it, and understood it was a safety recall, and I get to keep my fob and not get bothered again for it. Just as I suspected, they can't make you do anything to a vehicle they don't own.

Got recall 14016 (ecm reprogram) applied that I wasn't even aware of. So far no difference. Will look up later when I have time to see what that is.

Weird, been back to my dealer three times since the recall, no one ever mentions it to me lol or asks me anything about it. all three times they have had my key.

I agree with that. I had an 05 C6 Corvette and loved the push button start.

DePaula in Albany is on top of things (like literally, considered one of the better dealers in the country). They get awards each year from GM ,etc.

This is becoming pretty painful both my wife and myself pass the dealership on our ride home from work and can see the car sitting there..... My wife is really set on this car, myself I would have gone and picked up the down payment gone to the Dodge dealer and put it down on a plum crazy Challenger RT, which I would do anyway if didn't want to get a 2nd Harley 1st..

That tactic didn't work for me.

We were in the same boat except the wife decided enough was enough and we moved on to another vehicle after two weeks.
