Huh? Why? There's a GTR here by me that runs mid 10's with some bolts ons and E85.

I've heard that a few times.

A buddy of mine went mid 10s on winter tires in full weight and completely bone stock. The 13s and newer are no joke. Not a lot of other cars in the road keeping up in factory stock form.

I might, but I doubt it. I've done months and months of research on this prior to buying. I could always be wrong though. The good news is that I'm still not going to take much ( if any) of a hit on value. These things seriously hold their value

I just got rid of my C6 so I could have a back seat again. I got tired of riding shotgun in my wife's 2500HD when we went somewhere as a family. I also just spotted my first cloned ZL1 the other day. It was hideous. I'm planning on debadging mine and letting the posers pose. I know what I drive and everyone else can piss off. As for turbo boost, I may remove my blower and do an AGP twin turbo kit eventually. They are only about a 60 mile drive from me. AWD is cool as hell though. I bought the WRX when it was first released and did the same for the Evo. They were very fun cars back in the day.

AWD is awesome. It gives such a planted feeling. I know it's not going to happen; but I wish GM would wake up and start putting AWD in some of their performance vehicles.

Few of you asked about an update, so here it is. I finally get a chance to track the car. Ran a best of 11.3@120 with no launch control and just a 93octane tune. I'll start modding soon... e85 and supporting mods should net low 10s.

Love this car soooooo much more than the ZL1. Much more of what I was looking for.

Few easy mods (tint and matte black wheels)

Color is kind of odd. It's called Titanium Gray. Less than 120 made. It sort of changes from a gray to a bronze color.
