Put it into perspective. The ZR1s biggest features over C6 Z06 was carbon brakes and a supercharger. This car has all that and much more tech. If it will out perform the ZR1 why shouldn't the cost be comparable.

Very nice, I would love to add one to the garage. The grey/red one is super nice. It would look awesome with the level 2 aero package in CF as well.

The yellow one is a Z07 with level 3 aero including the clear wickerbill (required with Z07 package)

The white one is a non z07 with level 1 aero.

It's my understanding the ZL1 won't be an option anytime soon... not sure what else they would add for one anyways but if they did have one in the works they sure wouldn't release it without selling most of these first. For similar reasons that Ford won't make a Ranger to compete with their own F150. Chevy wouldn't want to compete with itself and end up butchering sales on the Z
