So it's looking slimmer for me to make this event. Some things have come up. I was looking forward to going but looks like it won't be able to make this event.

I spoke with Dan at The Junction today and he informed me of a few things.
First of all, lunch will be at noon; leaving our starting points at 10:30 should give us plenty of time to arrive. We won't need to race to get to the Junction . . . I'm sure we all will drive slowly and safely

The menu for outside will consist of Brisket or Chicken or a third option, a side of coleslaw or macaroni salad or a third option, soda or water and we'll get a cookie in a bag. What is the third option you ask? Well I was at work and couldn't quite here the third option, so we will find out together lol The price will be $16.50 per plate. If you want something else, the do have the main restaurant menu which obviously will be available but only inside.
Parking wise we should be good, but we can not block the driveway with our cars at all, the fire department is within a few hundred yards and has to be able to access it if necessary.

Above all things, remember to drive safely as to not cause an accident. Some people will drive faster than others, if you don't feel comfortable on the road in front of people use the turnouts to let people pass. Same with the people who feel comfortable, if your driving at a good pace, but the car in front of you is taking it a bit slower, give them space and hopefully they'll pull over for you at a turnout.

Ok talked to The Junction and the third option for the main is pulled pork and the third option for the side is baked beans and they have benches but their shade tree fell down.

Great cruise today.
John, thanks for getting it going. Rod & Jeremy thanks for your organization. Next year, I will try the Patterson start point. Lunch was great, the Junction is a pretty good spot. And some good beer on tap.

No problem! I was happy with the turn out! Next year I'll have to call Mt Hamilton and see if they can accommodate our group so we don't have parking issues again lol
