Understand that lot of guys dont do any racing and no issue with that. It's the guys claiming they make xx rwhp that they really dont. It's all in the Dyno you're on.

I went to a "stingy" mustang dyno and made 430 and then turned around in cooler weather and got just over 400 on a dynojet. You can make em say whatever you want. Only difference was the day and cooler weather on dynojet

First article in my sig, did 367 RWHP and went 12.3 with DRs and stock converter. 12.06 with 3200 stall, and 11.84 with the addition of 3.91 gears. With better traction I would have run 11.7 based on the 115.7 best of MPH.

That's true! For a guy like you that doesn't race their car, dyno numbers are just a way to know approximate HP your putting to the wheels. As long as it drives the way you want, then the rest is irrelevant.
Unless that spirited driving involves pulling up beside s Mustang at a light. Then you hope you have it all dialed in lol.

Headers should be going on Friday with a apex cai scoop. Can I go a week without the tune ? Or can it cause any major issues with the car. Gotta find time to drive up to the shop

You'll be fine, your fuel trims will be off and you may get a cel but no biggie. For what it's worth there is a sticky for ls3 and l99 dyno graphs where people list their mods and tell their hp. I was full bolt ons minus the intake and larger tb and put down 421rwhp/402rwtq on a remote tune with hp tuners, we street tuned first and then finished on a dyno.
