Wait...what?

So, now you are lying to your credit card company and telling them you did not receive what you paid for?

Didn't Zaino refund the $2.50 for what should have been a free item? They didn't have to do that.

You received the Z-CS, correct?

What did you tell your credit card company to get them to stop payment and launch an investigation? Because, as far as I can tell, you received what you ordered and were reimbursed for the item that did not get shipped to you.

Quit being an a$$ over something that was free. Hell, I've got 5 of the stupid applicator pads and I'll send you one, free of charge, if you stop bitching about something this small.

Life's too short to worry about something like this.

As I said it is easy for them to prove they shipped it. Just do what you have to do and move on. There are a tun of products out there you can use.

Most places will not pay for return shipping. You would have to eat the shipping cost. I also build computers and have got some DOA parts. Even though they are DOA I had to eat shipping costs to return. Sorry but to stop payment without shipping back is just wrong.

They did not refund the $2.50. They issued a credit and then immediately reversed it!
I told my credit card company exactly what happened and they agree.
By the way nothing is really free. I had to pay for the product plus shipping AND handling to get (not) the "free" applicator.
I think you should send Zaino the extra applicators they obviously need them more than they think I did.

I have had the same happen to me with parts. That matter is completely out of the control of the vender. However this situation is a little different. I did not recieve everything that was on the packing list. Then I waited for them to make good and still all I got was insulted.
I refuse to feel abd about taking the only avenue left. I have not used the product and will never use it as I don't feel it belongs to me but I will not go through the cost of returning it to them. They need to take some of the inflated cost of the first shipment and pay to have it returned to them!

Ah, I think I finally understand where your frustration is coming from.

You paid $29.95 for a 6-oz bottle of magic polish that you just wipe on (but not off)...

They charged you $9.95 for shipping (outrageous, I know - I've paid that twice now)...

And they forgot to ship you the free applicator...twice.

I think you are just ticked off because they charged you $10 to ship a tiny 6-oz bottle, via USPS nonetheless.

They offered to make it right by sending you an applicator with a tracking number and you refused. Dude, you could have just said fine, ship the damn thing and give me the tracking number and then you could have spent the upcoming holiday weekend enjoying polishing your new Camaro instead of sitting here arguing with all of us about who was right and who was wrong.

Honestly, I just don't get it. Best of luck with the credit card charge reversal sticking once Zaino presents their side of the story to the credit card company.

finally Someone besides me see's how much this person likes to lie ,And how petty this write up is . When you see someone lie about the small stuff, you have to question the big stuff too.

What do you think there "Shipping Cost" should be?
I am not sure when the last time you shipped a item by mail or ups but you should investigate to see what shipping cost is to return. You may be SURPRISED...
Your credit card company is NOT going to vote in you favor on the dispute.. Not quite sure how you say your order was not complete. FREE WAX applicatore(s) included. From everthing I read you say that EVERYTHING you orded was complete and showed up not damaged. GOOOOOOOD LUCK!!

I run an online business that accepts credit cards. What most "customers" don't know is that when you dispute a charge, the business is charged from $25 and up just for the privilege to defend themselves or just accept the chargeback, plus the cost of the order. Even if we win the dispute, we're still out the chargeback fee.

So, for a $20 order, I would be out $55 and the "customer" would have my product in their hand. And if I win, I still lost $15 plus time and effort to defend the case.

It's not fair to businesses and it is never fair or right to abuse this system, for any reason.

Thumbs up

WOW! This is weird. I've been a loyal Zaino customer for a long time and never no bad experience. (Not to say that it cannot happen.) Looks like you're trying to bad mouth Zaino though? I don't think that will work. Too many "loyal" customers if you ask me.
(So, what brand are you going to use now that you cannot use the #1 brand of polishes out on the market today?)
