I had polished the car myself to remove any imperfections, applied Dr. Colorchip to some areas on gills and front bumper AND yes I applied 2 coats of Blackfire Wet Diamond Sealant. The installer uses Meg's detail spray not alcohol so the sealant was not removed. No issues at all. As far as the quality of install....I would say its at 95% perfect. He wrapped every edge you could possibly wrap. You cannot tell the different between clear filmed area and bare paint. I would prefer to have it not clear filmed but I do feel safer with it covered and I was already accumulating chips. I got SunTek and Xpel Ultimate. These are the areas I covered...all but 2 areas were Xpel Ultimate.
Full Hood- SunTek
Full Front Bumper with Splitter
Headlights
Side Mirrors
Full Front Fenders- SunTek
Side Ground Effects
Door bottom 3 inches
Rocker area between GFX and Gills
Gill Area
A Pillar w/ roof to just in front of sunroof

Don't worry about if you can see the film, you would have seen all the chips and front end road debris damage 10X easier. Congrats and good luck!
