Well we may have someone among us too.

The only place I posted up a video of a test drive after headers was on Camaro5. Some punk ass kid with a Synergy Green 2SS (saw his vids) commented saying I live in a crappy neighborhood and that it sucks ... I seriously didn't believe what I was reading, but then read some comments/conversations he'd had with people on his comments section and turns out he's a rich kid brat who lives at home in his parent's huge house and everything has always been handed to him ... kids these days

Man if someone threw a bottle of water at my car, I'd be so angry that I'd... I'd...

Probably do nothing, because they're already driving away.

I do get raging mad when people flick cigs out windows and they hit my car though. If you smoke and you flick your finished cigs out your car window, eff you. Honestly, eff you.

I've never had anyone make any daddy's car comments, but my Dad is a shit poor loser, so it would be funny if they did. Plus Camaros are a dime a dozen here. Most comments I get are appreciation that mine is unique compared to the hundreds of other Camaros on the road.

Kids all days Mean Green. When I was in high school, I'm in my mid forties now, I was living in a relatively affluent area, but there were folks who didn't have a lot of money going to school there too.

Some of these kids would buy early seventies cars and mod them as they could afford to. Some of these turned into remarkable cars, new paint, extensively modified, and they'd be faster than the Mustang GT's and Camaros of the mid to late eighties vintage, to say nothing of the BMW three series most of the rich kids drove.

None of that ever stopped the ration of crap the rich kids would hand out. There's always been over privileged kids with no concept of value.

For the record, I was in neither camp, managed to lose my license six months after I got it, and spent the rest of highschool without a driver's license, because I was yet another kind of idiot.

Since I bought the camaro, haven't gotten any insulting comments really. I have gotten a lot of joking sort of stuff about my "midlife-crisis-mobile," but hey, that's actually sort of accurate.

My personal favorite is, "Must be nice!" I used to laugh it off, but over the years I have changed my response to, "Sure is!" Hell...I had to work for everything I have.

I don't get this. It's a low level sports car that barely costs more than your average sedan. It's not like were driving around in frickin' Bentleys.

Had an 05 Corvette when I was 23, enlisted when I was 19 made E-5 got a decent bonus payment and me being young and dumb blew it on my dream car happy as ever, living in apartment at the time I had to use the local watering hole aka (the spray and pray car wash) typical teens in the summer acting like idiots made some comments along the lines probably a drug dealer and mommy and daddy buy you that car. Me being the immature smart ass that we submariners are blessed with I responded since were on the topic of mommy and daddy I bu*%&#*ed your mom in it, he didn't like my response and said my moms 50 that's gross. In which I responded with yea I know but she bangs like two 25 year olds...I laughed ... he laughed... and now were friends, in fact convinced him to enlist as well and he now owns his dream car BMW M3. I have had many comments and haters come my way with my toys corvette, 07 3500HD duramax, 13 ducati panigale 1199, now my Camaro. ive learned no matter what who gives a shit what people think what matters is your happy and you enjoy life don't let the punk kids shit in your cheerios. You touch my things that's a different story maliciously coming after the things I worked for and choose the Ramen life (its a real struggle) I love cars I love things that go fast not my fault your father failed to turnover his man card to you and you enjoy knitting sweaters for you girlfriend and enjoy "sporting" events such as mens yoga

When I bought my Solstice GXP, the day I took delivery, I drove with my Salesman to get gas, dealership was paying. Don's a cool guy and he he wanted a ride.

I drove to the gas station and the guy pumping gas looks at me and says "Nice girl's car".

I told him I'd be back in 20 minutes to talk about it. I dropped off Don at the dealership, and Toughguy was nowhere to be found.

I know your from boston (dumb gun laws) and all but I am pretty sure when a guy says ill be back in 20 means he's bringing a gun. I am not too bright but deff smart enough to know when to leave.

In Detroit they don't have to "be back in 20" to get their gun, it's under the front seat....

I'm with you on this. I hate that they called the new model a "Charger".. they stopped making the only real Charger in 1970. It kills me that they remade the Challenger and ignored the best body style Moper ever created.

Not sure I understand the "nice car" stuff, like a Camaro is some sort of expensive exotic. They're cool, but my wife's SUV cost wayyyyy more than the Camaro!

People just assume that Camaros cost a million bucks because they look like a million bucks. It's a badass car and so everyone thinks it costs a fortune. Especially if you have nice wheels and it's all shined up.
