I know you have been on "those calls". Within 1 minute of doing an secondary assessment you can tell they are skipping their meds or ran out of the prescription.

Yes he would be that type! It is so sad that people like those mentioned above are so unhappy with their decisions in their lives they try to vent on those that are fulfilling their lives. If you don't give them a chance to "monologue" to you it's much less effective. I just walk away.

I would ask him if he has been drinking. Then give him the impression that I am checking him out and mumble out loud "I better go make a phone call". Then go back to my car and leave. I wouldn't feel right leaving my car out there with someone like that around.
