It's the shifter. It's quite easy, on the passenger side pull the skirt out and you will see it. Give me a minute and I'll take a picture of it in the car.

On the passenger side just pull the side skirt out, if you look you can see the shaft my finger is pointing too, you can use your finger and push the shaft rearward and you can then operate the shifter. Should take about 1 minute.

There is a cap around shifter area pop it off and stick a screwdriver in there to release lock

OK, I found the instructions in the owners manual. Not a convenient as a button, but not too hard to unlock the shifter. Thanks.

Glad you found it, forgot about the small cover as I keep mine off for testing shifter functions.

I know someone that poured 5 quarts of oil in his car and forgot to put the drain plug in....( not me)
