I bet Cali has some law where they dont have to immediately enact the new gas prices and they get a stupid window to change the price.

I read an article online yesterday, titled something like, "Motorists shocked by gas prices." I read the article, and it was about people in OTHER parts of the country being shocked by the astoundingly LOW price of fuel!

There were pics of people pumping fuel for under $2.00/ gallon... one as low as $1.77/ gallon, from Saturday!

Some are shocked at the low prices... us left coasters are suffering from shock, but not because of how cheap the gas is.
