These don't even cover the rear window. I would say try it out. If you don't like them, you can always remove them or sell them.

On a black or CGM I think these would look good IF DONE CORRECTLY. Do they have renderings of what they want it to look like?

Loved the rear louvers on my Mustang... But really don't think they would work at all on the Camaro...

The rear window is simply too small compared to the rest of the rear end...

So as such I just don't think the louvers would look right back there... they would be out of proportion to the rest of the car...

I wish the rear passenger windows rolled down.

I had them in the '80s as well - while they looked good then they do distort your visibility which is already challenged by the size of the rear window.

As always - a matter of choice...

Ok... I know this is a very OLD and DEAD thread... BUT... I just had to say BOY, was I WRONG! Scott from MRT put a set of of the new MRT louvers (proto-type) on my car. I actually think these new louvers look better on my Camaro than they did on my Stang! The louvers lines just seem to flow better with the natural lines of the car... I can't seem to capture that look with the camera.. maybe be one of those things you need to experience in person..

Did a quick video for them today...

Go for it, they're not hard to remove if you don't like it after a while. I wish there were more options for the side louvers, I've only found scoops I like and the other brand of side louvers are awefull.

I agree. Out of the other brands these appear to be the best looking for a few reasons.
1. No hardware on the louvers on the outside that are visible.
2. Nice smooth fit, looks like came with the car.
3. Appears to provide some visibility out of the rear windows (most likely due to having only 5 slats instead of 6 like the others).

Good job MRT, now if they would only make the price comparative to the others they may actually get some orders.

No, they are not. quarter window covers are a Mustang thing.

22" rims (or are they 24s? ) on a Camaro is a "wanna be thug/gangster guy in a rap music video" thing. IMO of course

Did this in a similar thread, here are pictures of my Camaro with the louver. I think it looks really good, adds a little more aggressiveness to it.

Last I talked to Scott they were going to be priced in the $450 range (this was an estimate, final pricing to be determined). He also mentioned there were quite a few people on the "waiting" list...

They are one of my favorite mods to date!
