I've just replaced my OEM with Advance Auto "Autocraft" Gold 3 year battery for 25% speed perks discount, plus a $20 cash coupon bringing cost down to $125. The big Autocraft label on side was slightly crooked and I noticed another label under it. Pulled off the Autocraft label and there was a different make battery on the hidden label. Guess the battery manufacturer just swaps in other labels depending on which company they are shipping to that day. All specs on the replacement beat the oem.

Just recently replaced my ‘14 Ram 1500 battery with the Autocraft AGM Platinum from Advanced Auto Parts during the extreme cold 2 weeks ago (after $50 off coupon = $173). Most batteries only come with a 3 year warranty. The factory battery died @ 37 months, 1 month out of my bumper-to-bumper warranty. My Camaro sits on a battery tender when not in use, but I will most likely go with a Sears Diehard AGM when it’s time.

What is the warranty on the OEM battery?
Mine is 2015 and I would say 44 months by a quick calculation
and it is toast. Is it worth trying to see what you can get back on it
or just bite the bullet and go buy a new one???

Autozones Duralast Gold are good batteries. Had mine in now for 6 months no issues.

I wouldn't consider 6 months a good test for any battery at any cost

Must be that time of year.I just replaced mine last week, damn thing cost me $214.00 from advance auto. I shopped around and that was the cheapest one I found .

My car is 5 years old now once its out of storage permanently hopefully later this month I'm going to replace it with another OEM one. I don't want to risk the car freaking out when it does get low like so many have experienced on here. It still seems strong enough but I don't want to risk it much further.

Well the battery in my 2017 Nissan Titan was toast at 1000km.So they can go bad at any point.
