Wouldn't shoppers just move to another dealer if that particular dealer is not participating? Seems like a big risk not to participate, especially considering it is a GM plan. Haven't checked with my dealer yet, but they have agreed to the other discounts out there so hopefully they will give me this one as well.

Well, according to my dealer, the $500 incentive doesn't exist in canada... Just wrote GM a nice email to let them know what I think about that.
