Hey, just to show some solidarity I stopped by Taco Bell on my way home tonight and picked up some food too; and carried it home in my Camaro... but a strange thing happened....nothing... no pictures, nobody inside mashing their faces up against the window with cameras... guess it wasn't the car after all, I kinda knew that but just wanted to make sure.

You go Aby! You made that kid's night and I'm sure he now has a new wallpaper on his computer!

Seriously I've heard this before, and Jayson has told me many a story of this happening, and the night we went to Pizza and he took me for my first spin a week before I got mine, a lady about fell off her bar stool screaming out of a bar saying "That CAR!! I WANT THAT CAR!!!" He said yeah we get that a lot, get use to it. LMAO!! Seriously, I get it all the time now. THe car is an attention wh0r3 (I hope I can say that, if not mod the word not the post LOL). It seriously commands attention!! I get people yelling at me all the time "Nice Car!!" "I love your car" or "How do you like it?" or I hear people saying "That's a sick car" or "OMG thats a sweet color" LOL.

I had a fellow Camaro owner pass me and flash his lights like mad, I could not roll down my windows as he wanted me to, I just had them tinted, it would have scratched them... anyway I was like OMG!! THat's the car that was for sale for $12k over MSRP!! Someone bought it!!, but I still gave him a peace sign and waved to a fellow Camaro driver!

Oh man soak it up while you can!! We are in good times my fellow Camaro friends!!

I'm a guy and I get attention like this all the time, I've had cars almost hit me cause they aren't paying attention to the road, I have had people in Mercedes drive by and honk and honk, just to give me a thumbs up, at least 2 people, every time I get gas comment on my car, people taking pictures. I'm just soaking it in, it won't last forever.

not trying to take anything away from the OP, its a cool story...and I bet her looks had something to do with it as well :P

Mine's my ex-girlfriend revenge, lol (I know I shouldn't but it worked out great!).

So the other weekend I go to my local liquor store to get some. I took the camaro, and my good buddies' mom is the manager there. I didn't know she was working because I didn't see her. So I go in, I'm in there for a while, and I see this girl working I haven't seen for a couple years who I had dated and had a pretty messy relationship (her fault) with. So I pay for my stuff, say nothing to her and leave.

About a week later, my buddy and I are hanging out and he says "were you at the store the other week" I respond " yep" he says "oh because so-and-so works there. My mom told me she was freaking out because she was so excited that she saw one of the new camaro's leave the parking lot. My mom asked what it looked like, she told her, and my mom told her it was you who owned it. So-and-so was shocked, and my mom said you could see it on her face, she was heart-broken."

I had a good, hard, long laugh about that one, and felt that justice had been served,
