We are familiar with your build Jack Metcalf (EDFHOBBIES), your statements are completely untrue and unfounded and will be dealt with today legally, We took your job on labor only to help you since your were in financial distress trying to complete your small project. Let us get one thing straight and make all aware, you Jack Metcalf,, insisted on spec'ing out and purchasing all of your own parts. Parts that you spec'd out didn't work or you did not know what parts were needed I.E. as simple as a boost controller. Getting parts from you took months to receive making us put the car on and off the rack many many times delaying our other customers scope of work and other schedule promises. You were a constant pain to get the correct parts out of you as promised as well as any payments at all towards labor. As you are aware you did not end this relationship, we did. We tuned your car on waste gate only, no boost controller. We, Hp Motorsports could not get the additional parts needed to complete your project as well as labor needed to complete your project. Therefore, Hp Motorsports made the decision to cut ties with you and requested you pick up your car immediately. At the time that you showed up at 8 o'clock at night you presented multiple forms of payment that were all declined. Despite the bleak outlook for Hp to get paid we made the decision to release your vehicle with no payment. Notice to all shops in the city, Be very aware and careful when dealing with the Metcalfs. Good Luck collecting your money.

If I spent 16,000 my car better be right. It still doesn't take but a couple days to do a AGP twin turbo kit.

I can't wait til I get home post the dates on the parts I brought you. That will put your untruths to bed.

Yall spec’d the motor.. all I brought was an agp kit, btr cam, every gm gaskets to assemble the motor, and a monster tripple clutch.

You act like it was a huge deal to install these parts.

Blaming me for the time it took to do the uncompleted work because you didn't have the parts. Everyone knows that's horse crap because they saw the parts and motor at the HPD dyno night on Dec 2 the clutch I brought later the next week.

Did you explain to them jack that you weren't scheduled and forced the build to get your parts sold to another customer before you could pay for your build. We then had xmas break and had the car together on 1/23 but your clutch you bought which you chose kept being shipped back and forth with wrong parts and was reassemble 2-3 times with wrong parts that you supplied. Your parts you supplied. It was on you and we kept yo yo I got around with it.

Update / HP Motorsports

This morning, after my last post - Jay from HP got around to reading the thread and within five minutes he PM'd me. We spoke shortly thereafter about my build and the unfortunate circumstances I've been dealing with. Needless to say Jay was absolutely positive about the situation and has said that he will be picking the car up (from Corpus Christi) and taking it back to his shop for repair. There was some loss of communication between us because during the mishap of my car he had received a new phone number. At least now there is an understanding between Jay and I of what needs to be done to get the Camaro running again.

I don't know exactly what happened nor do I care but for a shop to say a customers full name and talk about said name seems very unprofessional to me.

The truth is somewhere in the middle and I hope everything works out for both sides.

So your saying that, you took a car into your shop, out of the goodness of your heart, to "help" him finish his project? And they held you up because they were not supplying you the parts fast enough, or even the correct parts for the job? Then to add insult on to injury all forms of payment were decline, and you guys never got paid? So you guys had enough and booted them out of your shop? Is that what your trying to say in your statement? Lastly. is there a reason your using his full name?
