I wish I could run the front turn signals beside each headlight on without anything else! I guess that would require alot of wiring and also a two way bulb

what would happen if we replaced the light switch on the RS with the other switch (with the fog light button)?

I too am thinking about upgrading my halo's to the dual mode white and amber, just worried about cooking and reassembling my headlights, they look pretty expensive if I screw up...

It probably wouldn't be too hard to do that, the bulbs that are used are already dual filament, they are just 3157 bulbs, (I swapped mine out with amber LEDs btw).

The socket would need to be swapped out (can probably get one at NAPA or autozone or some place, or just get replacement non-RS sockets).

Then just run wires from either the halo's or front side marker lights to the extra pin in the socket...

I would guess all the wiring is there, and correct to make that work, but I think the computer wouldn't know what to do, I think it would have to be reprogrammed, and even then, I dont know that it would work. Who knows, it may work perfectly???

Only way to see is to actually do it I guess

i purchased the non RS version of the light switch... will swap on mine and test this week!!

lets hope i didnt just burn my dollaz!!

k, couple of quick questions. i go to radio shack and ask for what kind of resistors? second, do will the drls come on in automatic mode at night as well or does it have to be in manual? thanks.

Ask for a Zener Diode Part# INT4742A - 12Volt. 2 comes in a pack

Yes they come on in Auto mode at night and whenever you turn on the parking lights (or headlights) manually.

thanks brotha! i think they look great like that at night. i literally spent 20 min. looking for the fog switch when i bought the car. lol
