Right on...

On a side note...

If you're using an LSA conversion or plan to, you should pass on a UD pulley as it slows down the SC too much and not recommended, just an FYI...

Where is your source on the bold information?

Never heard of anyone saying or read anything about stuff getting "messed" up by going over 550 hp. What exactly gets messed up? What are you saying?

SS halfshafts are booty. It's it's LS3 the clutch is going to be slipping. And over 600-650 will be stressing the internals

Well actually all that can be wasted with the stock SS HP so your point is moot.

i did the LSA swap and it was worth it. i also swapped my cam to the ls9 cam i had on the shelf. initially i was wanting 650rwhp but settled on for a bit less. i may be in the 570-590 range now, and thats too much on the street with street tires. not saying the ls3 cant handle it but it just makes it harder to drive/launch so most of its wasted.

Well, the shop just posted the photo below on Instagram. It appears my Magnuson 2300VTS install is complete.

Time to go pick it up and see what the difference is!

Considering superchager

I need to do mine red. Just haven't figured out which VHT is the right one. And I'll need to re do the coil packs and fuse box. Because they're not the right red.

The only other question or problem is that if 4500 is his budget now to get past 600/650 rwhp reliably he will need at least that to make more power..

Cam
Headers
Better heat exchanger
Bigger reservoir
Most of the kits ya mentioned are 6 ribbed he will need 8 or 10 ribbed upgrade very pricey!
Meth

I had the eforce the car drove beautiful was very nice 622 on a mustang dyno then something call Texas heat happens, and you go down to about 540 rwhp.. same happens to LSA and others.

might want to consider turbos

But if ya want to just bolt on some hp a very great option!

Consider the following

A good Cam, A good set of headers, a LSX or Atomic intake manifold, and Larger TB and CAI will be better than any blower running at stock level 6 to 7 psi especially once the blower car heats up for a bit. Do a set of heads and even better..

You will find some used blowers for 3500 to 4000 complete that's an option as well.

I was with you until the last part. Cam and intake mani a better combo do not make. Than the LSA in Texas heat. Possible. But there are much much better options than LSA
