True, true. Maybe if Pontiac gets the G8 Coupe that could be their Firechicken.

Like i said, I dont know fact and didnt by any means try to promte this as "fact" i understand what you mean about "little birdies" he has told me other things before they were anouonced aslo. (6.2L being base, battery in trunk, 3.6 DI)
like i said i have no proof and to be completely honest, dont care if others believe me. z28 ctsv engine " with over 500 hp". i just thought i would let you guys know what i heard, as i would want to know if someone heard something like that from another camaro team member. he did say that he had a little trouble fitting in the car (6'2 probably 250lbs).just that the seats were very "supportive" and the roof was low as he explained allways banging his head lol. but he aslo said this was not unike the 4 gens he has ( that look AMAZING). like i said, just thought i would let you guys know. its best to keep unconfirmed info to myself in the future i suppose. nice to meet you all! |

he must have sat in the concept, because weve been told many times by fbodfather, camero, and the disiples that there is prlenty of room in the pre-pros, but the rest of the info seems extremely plausible.
Welcome and thanks for the new hints

I take your word.
Like said earlier, if you say I have a SS, what is it a Silverado Suburban a Colbalt? If you say I have a Z28 everyone knows its a camaro.

i guess it will have the price tag to go with it...... i think a cts-v will be about 60k............... what will a z28 sell for............ the same the new dodge srt8 will be a little over 40k,and then the dealers will bring the price up.like always

The biggest surprise nobody considers is that the second mystery car built at the same plant with the Camaro could be the Firebird... again...
Yeah they said no Firebird for Pontiac, but we might be getting a turbo 4, and there is going to be a premium, and [anyothergmhearsaygoeshere]. Maybe those production line pictures showed more than we think? For Firebird fans the G8 is not a replacement, nor was the GTO. Nothing is certain until its released from GM in a press release or posted on their web site. So we can make up what ever we like at this point, its all fun until somebody loses money on it I guess. I'll buy a Trans Am again if they make it, otherwise I'm committed to buying my fourth Camaro. |

Great first post. That certainly goes along with some other hints we've been hearing lately, so I'd say there's a good chance that's reliable info. Hmm, having a Z28 with the LSA as the top dog...I might have to wait another couple years and save up for that one instead...
