Again Thanks all for the suggestions ..
Following 2012OrangeVert suggestion this was the results: ( i will try not to bore you)

While sitting on the side of the road, I turned OFF Traction Control and Stability Control while in M on the shift Lever and making sure I was in 1st Gear.
I held the button down for 10 second and watch all the lights come on indicating all was OFF... I did NOT see the "competitive mode" message come on
on the Dash like in the past.
The first run it seem I could power brake to about 2000 RPM which is better than before But the tires just chirped but did not spin.
Not to be defeated I tried a again.
Second Attempt and this is really weird, the tires broke loose, engine sounds really health and I had the best launch ever, but then the car seem to slowed a bit then for some reason (Torque Management let go) then
at about 25 + MPH it was like another 200 HP kicked in, and the car really started to Roar ..I shifted to second gear and continued to accelerate, Note: I only got to second gear...
and this is the weird part, when I stopped at the red light, the Heads Up Display showed I was in "S" for sport mode not 2 (Second Gear) like it should have ...? Weird.??
I think the Software really does NOT want to let go . In my humble opinion I think the engine is just fine and it is like the Software is controlling the launch and not me.
I will try it again see what happens.
Again Thanks

Bolt ons and tuned by PCM of NC here

Very happy with how it drives, and very happy to have gotten rid of that damn skip shift "feature"

Wow. Ok. Only thing I can think of without doing it myself is, do not mash the brake. Just lightly press the brake enough you aren't moving, but the tires can spin.

So all, got my tuner from Dynosteve yesterday and loaded the stock canned tune and modified a few things:

DoD off
SPeed limit off
Rear 02 off
and I think that might be all.

I also installed a R2C intake last night and thoughts are throttle response is better, shifting is a little quicker/harder, but some of the smoothness feels lost and I feel like there is a lull in power once I give it about 25% power. The canned tunes don't compensate for intakes,so I"m hoping once I get the custom tune from DynoSteve it will be better.
