Julie contacted me and said she would do her best but made it clear there weren't any guarantees for resolution. Dealer called me and they reversed their decision on my claim and would service the differential for no charge.
She has followed up with both myself and the dealer. I'm sorry your claim did not go the way you wanted but speaking for myself, I am more than pleased that she got the job done.
